Soft or Hard toothbrush?Soft is better than hard. Medium is acceptable. Do not use a hard toothbrush since it can cause gum recession and tooth abrasion. |
Is the electric toothbrush better than the simple one?Even though it is more expensive it has not been proven to be more effective |
